Failed images

If an image fails, is blocked, or its result cannot be confirmed, the credits for that image are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused codes

A code that has not been redeemed can be refunded through the marketplace where you bought it, following that marketplace's refund process. The code is cancelled when the refund is issued.

Redeemed credits

Credits already used for delivered images cannot be refunded. For a partial refund after redeeming, the unused credits from that order are removed from your balance.

Not what you expected?

AI results vary, so we do not refund delivered images because of style or taste. If something looks wrong (for example a broken file), email [email protected] with your username and roughly when you made the image, and we will look into it.
