Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AIZhitu ("the service", "we") at aizhitu.cc. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

You write a description and the service generates images with an AI model (currently OpenAI GPT Image 2). Results vary: the same description can produce different images, and we cannot promise a particular result.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Credits

  • Credits are bought as redemption codes through our marketplace listings (for example on eBay) and added to your account when you redeem the code.
  • The price in credits is shown before you generate. Credits are deducted only for images that are delivered; if an image fails or its result cannot be confirmed, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not expire while the service operates.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, sexual or violent content about real people, harassment, hate, content that infringes others' rights, or content meant to deceive (for example fake documents). Prompts and images are checked automatically; blocked requests are not charged, and repeated attempts can lead to suspension.

Your images

As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows and subject to the AI provider's terms. You are responsible for how you use them. Images are stored for 7 days after they are made, then deleted: download the ones you want to keep.

Availability and regions

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because of our AI provider's terms, the service is not available in some countries and regions.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Contact us at [email protected], or through the messaging system of the marketplace where you bought your credits.
